Governance & Operations of the Wellness Alliance: Truth in Health Association
The Wellness Alliance: Truth in Health Association is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors and executive leadership who work together to advance natural wellness education, advocacy, and community support throughout Oklahoma.
The Board provides governance and strategic oversight, while the Executive Director manages daily operations, partnerships, and member programs.
Board of Directors
Keysha L. James — President
Keysha is a wellness practitioner, Master Health Psychologist, and founder of True Body Key. As President, she leads organizational development, community engagement, and mission alignment. Her work strengthens the Alliance’s commitment to empowering Oklahomans through integrative health education.
Paige — Secretary
Paige is a Neuro-Sensory Bodywork Specialist with a background in botanical therapy and integrative wellness. She brings a therapeutic understanding of the mind–body connection and supports the Alliance with communication records and organizational documentation. Her experience in sensory regulation, natural therapies, and hands-on client care contributes to a well-rounded perspective within the Board of Directors.
Chip Paul — Treasurer & Legislative Liaison
Chip is a researcher, educator, TEDx speaker, and co-founder of TrueMedX and Neighborly Wellness. As Treasurer, he oversees financial planning and sustainability. As Legislative Liaison, he advocates for improved health laws, community protections, and integrative care access across Oklahoma.

Cindy Paul — Executive Director
Cindy is a nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and marketing director for her wellness businesses, TrueMedX and Neighborly Wellness. She brings her branding, communication, and strategic growth expertise into the Alliance, where she organizes and manages daily operations, member programs, partnerships, and events. Cindy leads community education and outreach efforts that expand access to natural wellness resources across Oklahoma.
