He serves on the patient care team at Revero Health (metabolic and autoimmune clinic), lead coach at Metabolic Solutions LLC (functional mental health practice), and runs his own wellness practice, Full Spectrum Human LLC . After losing his mother to cancer while he was in high school and witnessing friends succumb to preventable diseases in the following years, Rance dedicated his career to helping others avoid similar fates.
