About Rance Edwards

Rance Edwards is an Oklahoma-based National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Master Primal Health Coach (MPHC), and wellness educator dedicated to helping people build lasting health through practical lifestyle change.

He serves on the patient care team at Revero Health, a metabolic and autoimmune health clinic, and as Lead Coach at Metabolic Solutions LLC, a functional mental health practice. He is also the founder of Full Spectrum Human LLC, where he works directly with individuals seeking to improve their health through nutrition, movement, mindset, and foundational wellness habits.

After losing his mother to cancer while still in high school and later witnessing friends struggle with preventable chronic diseases, Rance committed his career to helping others avoid similar outcomes. Those experiences shaped his belief that education, compassion, and personal empowerment are essential components of better health.

As a contributor to the Truth in Health Association blog, Rance shares practical, evidence-informed insights on healthy aging, metabolic wellness, lifestyle medicine, and foundational health strategies that help people take an active role in their well-being.

His mission is to help revolutionize healthcare through compassion, improved health literacy, and sustainable lifestyle change—empowering individuals to make informed decisions that support long-term health and vitality.
