Chip Paul is a clinician, researcher, educator, and wellness consultant with a specialized focus on identifying root causes of imbalance through bioresonance-based assessment, systems biology, and Endocannabinoid System (ECS) science.

At Neighborly Wellness, Chip applies bioresonance technology as a research and investigative tool to help identify underlying stressors, imbalances, and patterns that may contribute to chronic health challenges. His work emphasizes education, data-informed insight, and individualized wellness strategies—supporting clients and practitioners in better understanding how the body communicates dysfunction before it becomes disease.

Chip is also the lead formulator for all TrueMedX products, where he designs education-supported supplement and wellness formulas grounded in ECS science, metabolic balance, and foundational nutritional principles. His formulation work prioritizes transparency, clean ingredients, and responsible product use as part of a broader wellness strategy—not quick fixes.

In addition to his clinical and formulation work, Chip is the founder and lead educator of the ECS Education Academy, an educational platform dedicated to teaching practitioners, wellness professionals, and the public about the Endocannabinoid System and its role in whole-body regulation, resilience, and recovery.
